Heard Mr. P.K.Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record.
The petitioner files this application seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to register the written report under Annexure-1 as F.I.R. and cause investigation into the matter.
Mr. P.K.Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate states that in view of the law laid down by the apex Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, (2014) 2 SCC 1, written report should be registered by the police.
In that view of the matter, this Court directs opposite party no.3-S.P., Economic Offence Wing, BJB Nagar, Bhubaneswar to register the written report filed by the petitioner and take follow up action in accordance with law as per the judgment in Lalita Kumari (supra).
With the above observation and direction, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
