Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to opposite party no.2 to take electronic recording stated under Annexures-5 and 6 as document in evidence in Pattamundai P.S. Case No. 404 of 2016.
Mr. P. Mohapatra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State submits that if the petitioner wants to take his statements electronic evidence, he has to approach the appropriate forum. Pursuant to FIR lodged investigation has been conducted and charge sheet has been submitted on 31.01.2018.
In such view of the matter, the relief sought having been granted, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
