Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of accusations against the petitioner as also the materials available on record and on going through the evidence of Sibu Naik, T.I. parade report and other circumstance emanating from the evidence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage of trial.
The BLAPL is dismissed accordingly.
