Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of accusations against the petitioner especially the role assigned to him by the witnesses and other sorrounding circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage of trial.
The BLAPL is dismissed accordingly.
Issue urgent certified copy on proper application.
