Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State and the informant.
Considering the submissions and keeping in view the nature of accusations along with the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such impediment, it is directed that in the event the petitioners are arrested in the above noted case, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
