The petitioners having been implicated in Bhadrak Rural P.S. Case No.317 of 2018 corresponding to G.R Case No.998 of 2018 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 341/323/294/354-B/506/34 IPC pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak have filed this application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions and keeping in view the nature of accusations as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in the aforementioned case, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL stands disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
