Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has no criminal antecedents of similar nature.
Considering submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur, in G.R. Case No.54 of 2018, arising out of Gosaninuagaon P.S. Case No.04 of 2018 within four weeks’ hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
It is made clear that in the event the petitioner is found to have any criminal antecedents of similar nature, this order shall not be given effect to.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
