Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Chhendipada P.S. Case No.116 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.873 of 2018, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
