Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying for quashing of the order dated 13.4.2018, passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Kesinga, in G.R. Case No.245 of 2006, directing issue of the NBWA against the accused persons-petitioners.
Considering the submissions made, I do not find any justification to interfere with the impugned order.
However, in the event the petitioners surrender before the learned learned J.M.F.C., Kesinga, in G.R. Case No.245 of 2006, within two weeks hence and move for bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
