Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Ghasipura P.S. Case No.96 of 2018, corresponding to Spl. Case No.44 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Keonjhar, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
