Considering submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Banpur, in G.R. Case No.196(A) of 2013, arising out of Banpur P.S. Case No.128 of 2013, within four weeks’ hence and move for bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
