Considering the nature and gravity of offences alleged against the petitioner and after going through the averments made in the application, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Bansada P.S. Case No.255 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 417 of 2017, pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandbali, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper
