Learned counsel for the petitioners files a copy of the order dated 17.05.2018 passed in ABLAPL No. 13913 of 2017 in Court today, to show that the other co-accused persons, similarly situated have already been extended the benefit of anticipatory bail.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh in G.R. Case No. 300 of 2017,, arising out of Nayagarh Sadar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017, within four weeks hence and move for bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Mgistrate may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
