This Court vide order dated 26.08.1999 issued notice to the opposite parties and directed requisites to be filed within three days, but till date requisites have not been filed. Again when the matter was listed on 21.01.2000, none appeared for the petitioner and this Court directed to file requisites within two weeks for issuance of notice to the opposite parties, failing which the matter would be dismissed without further reference to the Bench. But, till date said order has not been complied with. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to prosecute the case.
In such view of the matter, for non-compliance of the orders dated 26.08.1999 and 21.01.2000, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application and thus the same is hereby dismissed.
