10.10.20171. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that a tube well has been installed next to her
 house. Wasted water of the said tube well is not being properly drained out from the place c
ausing hardship to the petitioner. In this regard, he has filed a representation before the C
ollector, Bhadrak, opposite party no.1, vide Annexure-1, but no step has been taken by opposi
te party no.1 as yet.

3. In that view of the matter, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction that
opposite party no.1 shall consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1
after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all parties concerned
and take a decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the da
te of receipt of certified copy of this order and dispose of the same by a reasoned order. The
 opposite party no.1 shall act upon production of certified copy of this order.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the certified copy of this order a
long with the copy of the brief before opposite party no.1 within a period of ten days.
5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
