Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.
The petitioner, in this I.A., prays for extension of time stipulated in the order dated 06.02.2019 passed in ABLAPL Nos.15863 & 15864 of 2016 and I.A. Nos.889 & 890 of 2018 to deposit the balance amount of Rs.19,00,000/(rupees nineteen lakhs) only.
The I.A. is allowed. The petitioner is given liberty to deposit the balance amount of Rs.19,00,000/- (rupees nineteen lakhs) only as per the aforesaid order within one months hence.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
