Utkal Univer sity and others (passed in OJC Nos.1088 of 2000 and 13156 of 1998 disposed of on 30.09.2011) a nd against the said order, the State has preferred appeal before the apex Court in S.L.P.(C) N o.27288 of 2012 and the said S.L.P. has been dismissed by the apex Court and the benefit has b een extended to the similar situated Demonstrators. Taking into the averments made in that jud gment the petitioners have filed a representation before opposite parties in Annexure-5 series , which is pending for consideration.

Mr. Senapati, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State-opposite party s tates that if the representation filed by the petitioners are pending, let the authority apply their mind and pass appropriate order.

Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the authority t o consider the grievance of the petitioners pursuant to representation filed in Annexure-5 ser ies taking into consideration of the judgment passed in the case of General Secretary, Utkal U niversity Demonstrators Association (supra) within a period of three months from the date of c ommunication of this order.
