The petitioner has prayed, inter alia, to quash the letter No.1083 dated 25.9.2015, vide Annex
ure-3, issued by the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack-opposite party n
o.1. By the said order, the representation of the petitioner dated 24.7.2015 has been rejected

 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
 The petitioner appeared at the OTET examination, 2014 conducted by the Board o
f Secondary Education. In the form, she stated that she belongs to Scheduled Caste. She has pa
ssed in the examination. Thereafter, certificate has been issued in her favour, vide Annexure-
1. Thereafter, she filed an application to change her caste, but the same was rejected by oppo
site party no.1.

 On 2.5.2016, this Court directed the learned Additional Government Advocate to
 obtain instruction as to whether the Tahasildar, Champua has issued Caste Certificate to the
petitioner or not. On instructions, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the Ta
hasildar, Champua has issued the caste certificate on 1.8.2013 to the petitioner, vide Annexur
e-2 that the petitioner belongs to Scheduled Tribe and the certificate is genuine.
 In view of the fact that the petitioner belongs to Scheduled Tribe, opposite p
arty no.1 is directed to issue a correct certificate in favour of the petitioner within one mo
nth on production of certified copy of this order.

 The petition is disposed of.
