In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the opposi
te party no.3 to regularize in the post of Ambulance Driver and to release arrear wages of his
duty period including interest thereon.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Adv
ocate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a repr
esentation before the opposite party no.3 vide Annexures-4, which is still pending. He further
submits that a direction may be issued to the opposite party no.3 to dispose of the said repr
esentation at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction
to the opposite party no.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexures-
4 within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
