Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have made rep
resentations to the Block Development Officer, Puri Sadar, Puri-opposite party no.4, vide Anne
xure-5 series, in this regard. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the said a
uthority to dispose of their representations at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court directs opposite party no.4, Bloc
k Development Officer, Puri Sadar, Puri to dispose of the representations of the petitioners k
eeping in view the recommendation dated 2.4.2015 made by the Executive Officer, Bhailipur Gram
a Panchayat within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of the
order.
