18.3.2016 The petitioner was working as Peon in G.P.High School, Andola in the district
of Bhadrak. He was terminated from service. Thereafter he filed an appeal before the Joint Dir
ector of Education, RDE, Bhubaneswar in Appeal Case No.164 of 2011. By order dated 7.10.2015,
the Joint Director of School, opposite party no.2 directed the school authority to reinstate t
he petitioner in his place. Though he submitted the joining report before the school authority
, but the same has not been accepted.

 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the
School and Mass Education Department.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to t
he opposite party no.4 to accept the joining report.

 In view of the fact that appeal filed by the petitioner has been allowed by th
e Joint Director of Schools, RDE, Bhubaneswar, vide Annexure-3, this Court disposes of the pet
ition with a direction to the opposite party no.2 to implement its order within a period of fo
ur weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the order, if there is no other impe
diment.
