Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Challenge is made to the transfer order dated 26.2.2016, vide Annexure-2, from Group C
entre, C.R.P.F., Bhubaneswar to a distance place under 213 (MAH) Battalion of C.R.P.F.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petition
er to file a representation ventilating her grievance.
In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in the
event the petitioner files a representation before the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Cen
tral Reserve Police Force, Bhubaneswar, opposite party no.4, within a period of fifteen days f
rom today, the same shall be disposed of within a period of fifteen days thereafter. Till disp
osal of the representation, the order of transfer, so far as the petitioner is concerned, shal
l not be given effect to.
