2. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the Sub-Co
llector, Chhatrapur opposite party no.3 to dispose of O.L.R Case No.64 of 2015 under Section
22 of O.L.R Act within a stipulated period.
3. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with
regard to merits of the case, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing the Sub-Coll
ector, Chhatrapur opposite party no.3 to dispose of O.L.R Case No.64 of 2015 under Section 22
of O.L.R Act in accordance with the statutory provisions, as expeditiously as possible, prefe
rably by end of May, 2016.
