2. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the Tahasi
ldar, Tangi-Choudwar - opposite party no.2 to dispose of Mutation Case No.5444 of 2011 within
a stipulated period.

3. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with
regard to merits of the case, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing the Tahasild
ar, Tangi-Choudwar - opposite party no.2 to dispose of Mutation Case No.5444 of 2011 in accord
ance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably by end of June, 2016, if the same is s
till pending, after giving notice to the adjacent land owners.
