.2015 issued by the Principal, Utkalmani Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Rourkela d
irecting the petitioner to demolish the unauthorized constructions made by him over the Govern
ment land occupied by the College.
2. On 26.10.2015 a copy of this Writ Petition was served on learned State Counsel enabli
ng him to obtain instruction in the matter. Thereafter on three occasions the matter was liste
d. A memo has been filed on behalf of the petitioner on 04.4.2016 stating that the petitioner
does not want to press this Writ Petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
Accordingly this Writ Petition along with Misc. Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
