08.01.2016 Heard Mr. S.K. Mishra learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Pandey learned Sta
nding Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.
The petitioner files this petition seeking for direction to opposite parties to release
her salary with effect from her appointment i.e. 17.12.2012 within a stipulated period.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the g
rievance, the petitioner has filed representation before the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure
-6 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner without express
ing any opinion on the merits of the case this writ petition is disposed of directing opposite
party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 in accordan
ce with within a period of two months hence.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.1 shall be filed within
a week.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
