The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to quash the order dated 23.12.2015 unde
r Annexure-15.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the
grievance, the petitioner has made representation before the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure
-16 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any op
inion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite p
arty no.1 to consider and dispose of the representation in Annexure-16 and pass appropriate or
der within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.1 shall be filed withi
n a week.
