Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner files this application seeking for a direction to the opposite parties t
o disburse his salary, revised the pension and additional gratuity amount as per revised scale
arrear as per the circular dated 15.6.2005 vide Annexure-2 be paid within a stipulated time.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the
grievance, the petitioner has made representations before the opposite parties vide Annexures-
3 series and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any op
inion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite p
arties to consider and dispose of the representation in Annexure-3 series and pass appropriate
order within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite parties shall be filed within a
week.
