 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Government.
 This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 13.11.
2015 passed by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Bhadrak-opposite party No.2 recommending
 to fix the headquarters of proposed Narendrapur G.P. of Naredrapur village under Tihidi Blo
ck in the district of Bhadrak.

 On perusal of records, it appears that the Panchayat Raj Department Govt. of Odisha in
 exercise of power conferred under Section 149 of Orissa Gram Panchayat Act, 1964 issued a not
ification vide No.10729 dated 01.07.2015 for recognisation and delimitation, division and cons
titution of Gram Panchayat within the state. As per the said notification dated 01.07.2015 the
 competent authority i.e., opposite party No.1 has to take a decision for reorganization of a
new Gram Panchayat namely Narendrapur Gram Panchayat under Chandbali Block in the district of
Bhadrak in bifurcating the Raj-Nagar Gram Panchayat.

 In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with an observation that in ca
se no decision has been taken by opposite party No.1 on the recommendation made by the opposit
e party No.2 in such event it is open to the petitioner to file a representation before the op
posite party No.1 within a period of 15 days to consider the grievance of the petitioner in ac
cordance with law.
