2. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 02.8.2
012 passed by the Settlement Officer, Jobra, Cuttack opposite party no.3 in Appeal Case No.1
33 of 2005 directing to record the land appertaining to Plot No.7366 of Mouza Gadakana in fav
our of Government of Odisha in the Department of General Administration.

3. Learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.4 submitted that during pendency of th
e appeal final Records of Right has been published.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with an observation that it is
open to the petitioner to challenge the Records of Right in accordance with the statutory pro
visions. In case such an application is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks f
rom today, in such event, the same shall be considered by the concerned authority after condon
ing the delay.
