04.04.2016 This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for non compliance of the orde
r dated 01.7.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.11779 of 2015.
2. This Court by order dated 01.7.2015 directed the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Ga
njam, Chhatrapur to dispose of OPLE Revision Case within a period of one month from the date o
f production of certified copy of the order and till a decision is taken, no coercive action s
hall be taken against the petitioner. However, on the same date before communication of the af
oresaid order to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Ganjam, Chhatrapur, the Tahasildar, Bh
anjanagar has carried out the eviction proceeding.
In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is dropped.
