This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 28.02.1994 passed by the Commi
ssioner, Land Record and Settlement, Orissa, Cuttack in R.P. Case No.833 of 1993 as at Annexur
e-4.
This writ petition has been filed after lapse of twenty-two years from the date of ord
er impugned herein. This Court does not find any convincing reason to condone the delay of 22
years in filing this writ petition. Besides entertaining this Writ petition at this stage will
be amounting to unsettle the settled position taken place pursuant to Annexure-4.
Accordingly, the Writ petition stands dismissed as not entertainable after so may years.
