3. 27.10.2016 In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a
direction to the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-opposite party no.1 for disposal of Mutation Case No.
3130 of 2009 within a stipulated period.
Considering the limited request involved in t
he matter, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Bhubanesw
ar-opposite party No.1 to conclude the proceeding in Mutation Case No.3130 of 2009 within a pe
riod of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order at the inst
ance of the petitioner and after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
