Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Court dis
poses of this petition with a direction to the Commissioner, Settlement and Land Records, Cutt
ack-opposite party No.2 to dispose of the R.C. Case No.142 of 2006 as expeditiously as possibl
e preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order givi
ng opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
Since the order is passed at the admission stage, petitioner is directed to serve cert
ified copy of this order before the opposite party No.2 within a period of ten days from today
for his proceeding in the matter.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
