 Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner and after heari
ng the learned State Counsel, this Court finds the relief sought for in the writ petition, is
for implementation and the follow up action pursuant to the order under Annexure-1 by the comp
etent authority.

 Considering the submissions, this Court disposes of this petition with a direction to
the competent authorities to take up the follow up action following the order vide Annexure-1
and take a decision in the matter taking into consideration the decision as reported in [2014]
 69 VST 310 (Orissa) a case in between Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. v. Commissioner of Commercia
l Taxes, Orissa Cuttack and others.

 The entire exercise as directed hereinabove, be concluded within a period of two month
s from the date of communication of this order.

 Since the order is passed at the admission stage, petitioner is directed to serve cert
ified copy of this order before the competent authorities within a period of ten days from tod
ay for his proceeding in the matter.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
