Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioners, this Court di
sposes of this petition with a direction to the Tahasildar, Jajpur to dispose of the Mutation
Case No.912 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months fr
om the date of communication of this order giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties co
ncerned.
Since the order is passed at the admission stage, petitioner is directed to serve cert
ified copy of this order before the sole opposite party within a period of ten days from today
for his proceeding in the matter.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
