Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
Since, there is a clear statutory remedy of appeal available against the impugned orde
r, this Court is not inclined to interfere in this writ petition at this stage.
In view of the above, the writ petition is not maintainable at this stage. Accordingly
, the writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. It is made clear that dismissal of the writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner
from filing an appeal, which will be decided on its own merit.
In view of dismissal of this petition, all the pending Misc. Cases arising out of this
petition stand dismissed accordingly.
