19.08.2016 Heard Mr. K.S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner files this application challenging the order dated 03.07.1999 vide Anne
xure-4, by which his approval to the post of Laboratory Bearer (Chemistry) has been made inste
ad of Laboratory Attendant (Chemistry).
If the petitioner so aggrieved, he may approach the appropriate forum ventilating his
grievance.
With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
