Heard Mr. T. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioners file this application seeking for a direction to opposite parties to dec
lare Shree Gujrati Pathshala as a Linguistic Minority Educational Institution and other conseq
uential relief as due and admissible to them in accordance with law.
In course of hearing, Mr. T. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in
the meantime 19 years have elapsed and he has no instruction in the matter, therefore, the pet
itioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropri
ate forum, if any cause of action survives.
Considering such submission, the writ application stands disposed as withdrawn with libe
rty as aforesaid.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
