 15.9.2016This matter has been entertained with an order of interim stay of further
proceeding by order dated 1.8.2016. In spite of notice and appearance of a set of counsel on b
ehalf of the opposite party-husband, none appeared when the matter was taken up before recess
and the matter was passed over. When the matter is taken up after recess, none appears for the
 opposite party.

 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-wife.
 Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and as the pe
titioner-wife is a resident of Janla, P.S.Jatani, Dist.-Khurda and she is unemployed and also
unable to meet the travelling expenses from such a long distance, this Court feels it appropri
ate to transfer the MAT C.S. No.34/2016 from the Court of learned Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Naya
garh to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar. The case records be transmitted
 forthwith by the learned Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Nayagarh or the Family Court, Nayagarh, whom
soever is in ceisin, immediately upon receipt of the certified copy of this order.
 This Court also refers the undertaking of the petitioner-wife through her counsel t
hat she shall not unnecessarily ask for adjournment and she shall cooperate with the Family Co
urt, Bhubaneswar in timely disposal of the matrimonial case.
 The TRP(C) accordingly stands disposed of.
 Issue urgent certified copy.
