The petitioner is in custody as an accused in C.T. Case No.44 of 2015 on the file of le
arned Special Judge, Mayurbhanj, Baripada registered under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n), I.P.C.
read with Section 6 of the POSCO Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the victim is a consenting party, but
the age of the victim is below 18 years.
Considering the alleged nature of the offences, I do not find any considerable reason t
o grant the benefit of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail application stands reject
ed.
