Case No.1301 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda registered under Sections 341/294/451/323/324/379/506/34, I.P.C.It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is a counter for the same occurr ence and the dispute is between two groups of the village.Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of offences, it is directed that the petitioners on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Khurda in the aforesaid case shall be re leased on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the said court.The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.2
