19.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State Vigilance.
 The petitioner is in custody as an accused in V.G.R. Case No.22 of 2016 on the file of
learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Sambalpur registered under Section 13(2) read with Section
13(1)(d) and Section 7 of the P.C. Act.

 It has been alleged that the petitioner was working as a Junior Engineer and demanded R
s.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) to pass some bills. It has been further alleged that the sa
id money was recovered in a trap from one Sudhira Behera, who was accepting the brine money as
 per the instruction of the present petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2016.
 Considering the submissions and the period of detention of the petitioner, it is direct
ed that let the petitioner be released on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.15,000/-(rupees fiftee
n thousand) with two sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special J
udge (Vigilance), Sambalpur in the aforesaid case with the conditions that he shall not tamper
 with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever and he shall appear before the Investi
gating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
