3. 10.5.2016 This is an application for correction of the descripti
on of the court given in the anticipatory bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the bail applicatio
n the description of the court has been wrongly given as S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal instead of S.D.J.
M., Hindol. Accordingly, a prayer is made to permit the petitioner to correct the same.
Considering the submission made, learned counsel for the petitioner is
permitted to correct the description of the court given in the bail application filed under S
ection 438 Cr.P.C. in Court today.
In Paragraph-2 of the order dated 26.4.2016, the description of the co
urt reflected as S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal be corrected as S.D.J.M., Hindol.
Misc. Case is accordingly disposed of.
