Considering submissions made and keeping in view the nature of
allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surr
enders before the learned S.D.J.M., Puri, in G.R. Case No.739 of 2010, arising out of Chandanp
ur P.S. Case No.63 of 2010, within four weeks hence and moves for bail, he shall be released o
n bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
