ounsel for the State.
Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner and
keeping in view the fact that petitioner is a friend of the principal accused, namely, Trigat
Sahoo @ Rinku, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Komna P.S. Case
No.58 of 2016, corresponding to S.A. Case No.18 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned Sess
ions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nuapada, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer o
n such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
