Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, it
is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Sahidnagar P.S. Case No.181 of 20
16, corresponding to C.T. Case No.1376 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhub
aneswar, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as
the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
