Considering submissions made and keeping in view the nature of
allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surr
enders before the learned Special Judge, Rayagada, in C.T. Case No.35 of 2016, arising out of
Gunupur P.S. Case No.20 of 2016, within four weeks hence and moves for bail, he shall be relea
sed on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Special Judge may deem just and proper
