ounsel for the State.
Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, it
is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Khurda P.S. Case No.571 of 2015,
corresponding to G.R. Case No.1277 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda,
he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arre
sting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
