Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the materials available on record and keeping in view the nature of allegati
ons made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner
in Burla P.S. Case No.17 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. Case No.262 of 2016, pending in the Co
urt of the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer
on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
